1.What we collect
When you create an account, we store your name, email address, and the plan you're on. When you use the platform we store your activity - problems you've solved, simulation sessions, scores, and progress through courses. We do not collect payment card details directly; those go to our payment provider (PayPal or Stripe) and we only ever see whether a payment succeeded.
2.Why we collect it
We need your email to send you account and notification emails. We need your activity data to show you your own progress, power the reports page, and make the leaderboard and streak features work. We use aggregated, anonymised data to understand how the platform is being used and how to improve it. We never analyse or share data about individual users outside of what is needed to run the service.
3.What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not send you marketing emails unless you have opted in. We do not share your individual data with your employer or organisation unless you belong to a team account and your manager has access to the team dashboard - in which case they can see your scores and progress.
4.Simulation transcripts
Your simulation conversations are stored so you can review them later in the platform. They can also be accessed by Administrators in case of Org or Team accounts.
5.Cookies
We use a small number of cookies: one to keep you logged in (a session token), and optional analytics cookies to understand which pages people visit. We do not use advertising cookies. You can reject analytics cookies without affecting your ability to use the platform.
6.Your rights
You can download all your data, correct anything that is wrong, or delete your account at any time by emailing us at hello@supportlab.ai. Deleting your account removes your profile, scores, and activity from our systems within 30 days. Some records (such as payment history) may be retained for legal compliance purposes.
