How long does onboarding take?+

First team of 5 can be onboarded in under an hour: create org, send invite links, assign an onboarding path. Ongoing admin is minimal - assignments are automated, progress tracking is automatic.

Can we use our own API scenarios?+

Yes, on the Enterprise plan. We build custom sandbox scenarios using your product's actual API, your real error responses, and scenarios drawn from your highest-volume support tickets. It takes 2–3 weeks to set up.
