Customer support is rapidly being transformed in this age of AI. From chatbots that answer customer queries, to sentiment analysis, to suggesting solutions based on past data, we are constantly improving with AI.
We now need our support agents to solve complex issues and focus on more difficult problems. Unfortunately, with an over-dependence on AI to generate solutions, there is a decline in how accurately and quickly support engineers solve problems independently.

What we built
Support Lab AI is a skills development platform for support engineers. Real sandbox environments where you debug actual API errors, troubleshoot email deliverability, diagnose network issues, and practice live customer conversations with a system that evaluates your performance.
Every problem is drawn from real support work. Every simulation is scored on what actually matters: did you identify the root cause? Did you communicate it clearly? Did you treat the customer like a person?
Who we are
Support Lab AI is built by support engineers, for support engineers. We know the job from the inside - the escalations, the late-night incidents, the customers who are genuinely stressed, and the satisfaction of actually fixing something difficult.
